# Find and search your orders

*The order overview is your starting point. It lists the orders your buyers sent you and lets you*
*filter and search to find the ones you need.*

#### Open the order overview

- Log in to [My Onetrail](https://apps.onetrail.net/TPN-Portal/);
- Press **Orders** in the main navigation;

The order overview opens, showing your orders in a table.

#### Switch between order categories

- At the top of the overview, press one of the category buttons:
  - **Ongoing** — orders that still need action;
  - **Overdue** — orders that are past their deadline and need attention first;
  - **Completed** — orders that are fully handled;
  - **Archived** — orders you have archived.

The table reloads to show only the orders in the chosen category. The active category button is
highlighted.

*Note:* If you have overdue orders, you may not be able to switch away from **Overdue** until you
have handled them.

You will see the message *"You are not allowed to switch categories because there*
*are overdue orders that require your attention. Please update those orders first."*

#### Search by keyword

- In the **Keyword** search box, type your search term — you can search by **order reference,**
**product code or invoice number**;
- Press **Enter** or press **Search**;
- To clear the search, press the **X** in the search box.

The table shows only the orders that match your search term.

#### Filter by stage or buyer

- Open the **Stage** column filter and type or pick a stage (for example *Confirmed*);
- Open the **Buyer** column filter and type or pick a buyer;
- To clear a filter, press **Remove filter**.

The table shows only the orders matching your filter.

#### Read the columns

The overview table shows these columns:

- **Stage** — the order's progress (New → Confirmed → Shipped → Invoiced), shown as icons. Hover to
see the detailed status;
- **Buyer reference** — the buyer's order number;
- **Seller reference** — your own reference for the order, once you have entered one (this was called
the *sales order number* in the classic Order Manager);
- **Buyer** — the company that placed the order;
- **Creation** — the date the order was created (the table is sorted by this, newest first).

Press anywhere on an order row (except the checkbox) to open the order. If there are no orders to
show, the table displays *"There are no entries to display"*.
