*The renewed despatch advice screen is still being rolled out. Today, when you press Create shipment, you continue in the classic Order Manager to complete and send the despatch advice.*

#### Start a despatch advice

- Open a confirmed order;

Press **Create shipment** .


Today this opens the classic Order Manager shipment screen inside My Onetrail. Complete the despatch advice there and send it.

#### What to fill in

- **Despatch date**  - the date the goods leave your warehouse;

**Expected delivery date**  - when you expect the goods to arrive;

- **Shipped quantity**  - the quantity you are shipping per line;

**Transport details**  - carrier and tracking information (if applicable).


Press **Send despatch advice**  to transmit it to the buyer. The order stage updates to **Shipped** .
