#### Select several orders

- In the order overview, tick the checkbox at the start of each order row you want;
- To select every order on the current page, tick the checkbox in the column header;
- Your selection is kept if you open an order and come back.

The selected rows are highlighted. A **Bulk actions** selector and an **Apply** button appear below
the table.

*Note:* Switching to another category clears your selection.

#### Apply a bulk action

- Select your orders;
- Open the **Bulk actions** selector;
- Choose an action — **Archive**, **Unarchive** or **Update confirmation** (only the actions that
apply to your selection are offered);
- Press **Apply**.> Macro (inline-media-image)

- **Archive** / **Unarchive** — the orders are archived or unarchived. A message tells you how many
succeeded, for example *"5 orders processed successfully"*. If some fail, the message lists the
orders that didn't process. Your selection clears and the list refreshes;
- **Update confirmation** — you are taken to the confirmation screen with all selected orders open
together, so you can confirm them in one go (see Confirm an order).

#### Updating several confirmations together

When you choose **Update confirmation** as a bulk action:

- You can select **up to 10 orders**. If you select more, you'll see *"Maximum 10 orders can be*
*selected"*;
- All selected orders must be in a confirmed status, and not yet fully shipped or fully invoiced. If
one isn't eligible, a message lists which orders can't be updated and why;
- On the confirmation screen, fill in each order, then use the single **Send confirmation** button at
the bottom to submit them all at once.> Macro (inline-media-image)

All the orders are confirmed together. A message summarizes how many succeeded and, if any failed, which ones.
