*The order detail screen shows everything about a single order: the header, the ship-to address, and*  
*all the order lines with their status.*


#### Open an order

- Go to the order overview;
- Press the order you want to open (press anywhere on the row except the checkbox).

The order detail screen opens. To go back to the list at any time, press **Back**.

#### Read the order header

*See who the order is for and its key dates.*

- On the order detail screen, the **Order header** tab is shown by default.

It lists: **Buyer**, **Bill-to GLN**, **Type**, **Contract** (only when the order has one),  
**Creation date**, **Requested delivery date**, **Partial delivery** (Yes / No) and **Comment**.



*A ****GLN**** is the global location number that uniquely identifies a company or address.*


#### Read the ship-to address

*See where the goods should be delivered.*


- Press the **Ship-to address**

It lists: **Ship-to GLN**, **Company**, **Contact**, **Email**, **Phone**, **Street**,  
**Postal code / City**, **Region** and **Country**.


#### Read the order lines

*See what was ordered and how you've responded, line by line.*

Below the tabs is the order lines table. For each line it shows the product, the ordered and confirmed  
quantities and prices, the requested and scheduled delivery dates, and a **Status** and **Stage** icon.


*Note:* On the detail screen the lines are **read-only** — you view them here. You make changes  
(confirm, change a price or date, split or delete a line) on the confirmation screen. See  
Confirm an order.


#### Understand the line status

Hover over a line's **Status** icon to see what it means:

- **Added** — a line you added (for example the second part of a split);
- **Unchanged** — the line is confirmed as requested;
- **Changed** — you changed the price or delivery date;
- **Deleted** — the line is rejected;
- **On hold** — the line is on hold.

The **Stage** icon shows the line's progress: **New → Confirmed → Shipped → Invoiced**.


#### What you can do with an order

On the right of the detail screen you'll see action buttons. Only the ones that apply to this order —  
and that you have permission for — are shown; each is covered by its own page in the  
How to... list. If a button you expect is missing, see Why can't I see or do something?.
