The Order Manager is the application in My Onetrail where you, as a seller, manage the orders your buyers send you. From one place you can confirm orders, change delivery dates and prices, put orders on hold, reject (delete) them, ship them and invoice them.

You can find the Order Manager under the link **Orders** in the main navigation of your [My Onetrail](https://apps.onetrail.net/TPN-Portal/).

### The order lifecycle

Every order moves through four stages, shown as icons on each order: **New → Confirmed → Shipped → Invoiced**.

The colour of each stage icon tells you how far the order has progressed. Hover over the icons to see the detailed status.
