Put order on hold You can put an order on-hold to sort out price differences, check delivery-date with your supplier or any other thing that takes some time. Go to the your   order detail screen   with the actual purchase order details; Enter your Sales Order Number; Enter the reason;   Press     Save changes.  Result  Order status shows   =  Line is on hold Put order line on hold Instead of putting the whole order on hold, you can also put one order line on-hold and confirm the other order lines. Go to the your   order detail screen   with the actual purchase order details; Select the order line  ; Press   on hold line; Enter the reason; Press     Save changes.  Result Order status shows   = Order l ine is on hold
